He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Clowes and Dora Clowes (Thomas); his spouse Permilla Thibodeau (Pam); and his sister Sue. He is survived by: his daughter Carrie Foster (Michael Kessler) of North East; and his brothers, Tom Clowes (Jeanne) of Stockholm and Peter Clowes of Gray.
