He was predeceased by: his parents, Winona Tracy (Nealley) and Roland Nealley; his stepfather Arthur Tracy; and his brother Gene Nealley. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Patterson (Devon) of Hampden and Scott Nealley (Kimberly) of Bangor; his grandchildren, Graydon, Jaycee and Abby; his siblings, Victoria Becker, Brenda Baugh, Fred Tracy, Terry Whitley, Mike Nealley and Lori Tracy (Nealley); and his close friend Janet Harvey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
