Van Peursem Jr. (Cheryl) of Bangor and Robert Van Peursem (Mary) of Phoenix, AZ; her cousins, Margo Barry Grant (Rod) of Brewer and Frederick Barry, Jr. (Donna) of Orrington; and her caregivers, Jeanne England, Cathy Steeves, Karissy Martin and Sheila Richardson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
