She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Chamberland and Hannah Chamberland (Michaud); and her siblings, Candide, Claire, Aldeo, Theodora, Carmelita and Donald.

She is survived by: her children, Brad Benson, Bruce Benson, Ben Benson and Gisele LaVoice-Robinson; her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Blaine, Bryan and Emily; her great grandchildren, Rachel, Andrew and Jett; and her sister Marleen.
