We are sad to announce that on February 19, 2022, at the age of 83, Richard Earl Russell (Bangor, Maine), born in Brewer, Maine passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, George Russell and Jean Russell (McQuillan); his significant other Carolyn Coleman; and his siblings, Roland "Kip" Russell (Louise) and Sharon.

He is survived by : his niece Lynn Ouellette (Bob) of Brunswick; and his close friends, Dick McClay of Bangor and Sherm "Harry" Bernard of Brooklyn.
