She is survived by: her friend Butch Littlefield; her sister Tammy Barr of Belfast; her aunts and uncles, Mildred, Sheldon, Charlie, Harold and Pete; and her cousins, Judy, Sheridy, Linda, Susan, Brenda, Ernie, Mac, David, Martin, Danny, Richard, Jeannie and Mischelle.
Joanne was scheduled to go to the Lifetime Achievement awards in April to receive an award before COVID cancelled the event.
