He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Sr and Cassie Otis (McEachern) of East Millinocket; and his siblings, Reginal, Robert, Allen, Richard, Kathleen and Francine.
He is survived by: his siblings, Shirley Baker of Saco, Margaret "Jean" Lee (Emery) of Medway, Anne Gordon of Anson, Frederick of Westbrook and Ronald (Janet) of Medway.
