He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Doris Cote; his children, Roger Cote and Joan of Biddeford; his grandchildren, Lynn Rindfusz (Jared) and Denise Aldrich (David); his great grandchildren, Andrew, Noella, Samantha, Meghan and Joshua; his siblings, Pauline Paquette, Rosaire, Roland, George (Bobby), Yvonne, Irene, Jeanette, Loretta, Rita and Anita; and his mother Amanda. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
