He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lewis Woodworth and Joyce Woodworth Provan; and his aunt Nikki McKenney. He is survived by: his parents, Steven Woodworth and Kimberlee Woodworth (Hallett) of Blaine; his brothers, Jonathan Woodworth (Cheryl) of Amesbury, MA and Jason Woodworth (Samantha) of Mars Hill; his children, Aubrey Woodworth of Presque Isle and Chance Woodworth of Hodgdon; his grandparents, Ronald and Carolee Hallett (Kimberly Doherty) of Mars Hill; and his uncle Tyler Hallett. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews and will be forever remembered by his family and friends.
