It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert Newton of Boothbay, Maine, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on April 8, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Newton and Flora Newton (Lawless); and his sisters, Louise and Joan. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Stevens; his children, Sybil King (Clayton) of Saco, ME., Leah Kelsch (Brian), N. H. and Abraham Newton (Wendy) of Standish, ME.; his grandchildren, Ben Malloy, Willem King, Caelan Newton, Evelyn King, MacCary Kelsch and Abraham Kelsch; his great grandchild Micah Rose Newton; and his siblings, Jim, Scott, Carol, Nancy, Elizabeth and Heidi.
There will be walk through visits Friday, April 16, 2021 at Hall Funeral Home and Tribute Center, 975 Wiscasset, Road, Boothbay, from 5-7 p. m., masks and social distancing required and COVID 19 protocols will be in place.
