He was predeceased by: his sister Crystal; his brother-in-law Richard Pesce; and his parents, Elliott Eveleigh Barker and Shirley Nelson Barker. He is survived by: his wife Robin L. Barker (Beattie); his children, Keldi Peterson Merton, Nile (Becca), Ian, Alistair, Avia of Wisconsin and Amanda Barker (Robert Sawyer) of Ashland; his grandchildren, Chance Barker Sawyer and Darius Crowe Sawyer; and his siblings, Eveleigh E. Barker (Deanna) of New Hampshire and Sonya L. Tweedie of Bridgewater. He is also survived by 12 nieces and 16 nephews.
