He was predeceased by: his parent Edward A. Crane; his stepfather Phillip Beckwith; his sister Carol J. Brandon; and also Andrew Hutchins. He is survived by: his parent Bernice M. Crane-Beckwith (Patterson); his wife Carol; his son Edward Michael Crane (Robin) of Solon; his grandsons, Thomas Crane of Solon, Dakota Crane of Solon and Michael Crane of Solon; his stepgranddaughter Heather Hutchins (Donald Chretien) of Solon; his brother Ronald F. Crane of Bristol, R. I.; his granddaughter Kiva Patchell of Athens; and also, Allyssa, Kabella, Lakelan and Adallyn. He is also survived by numerous nieces and several cousins.
