He is survived by: his parents, Charles Heppel and Bernice Heppel (Lowe); his significant other Judy Sipple of Bristol; his children, Michael A. Morris of Rockland, Damion Heppel, Melissa Bachelder (Matthew) of Wiscasset and Valerie Palazzo; his siblings, Charles Heppel, Edward Heppel, Carol Walsh and Linda Heppel; and his mother-in-law Grace Sumpter of Cold Spring, KY. He is also survived by 2 grandsons and many nieces and nephews.
