He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerard Perreault and Rita Perreault (White); and his brother Todd Perreault. He is survived by: his wife Anne (Lizotte); his children, Shannon Ann Cichocki (Perreault) and Yates Perreault; and his sisters, Sandra Corriveau (Guille), Geraldine Raymond (Real), Brenda Michaud (Mark) and Debbie Guimond (Larry).
