He is survived by: his wife Hollie Andrews of Brownville Junction; his sisters, Karen Silvia and Lynn McDonald; his children, Jennifer Mason, Jodie Walker, Jacqueline Tessier, Justin Ingalls and Frank H. Andrews III; his grandchildren, Joshua Cadieux, Presley Andrews, Leigha Higgins and Alexander Ingalls; his siblings' children, Shelly Bracket and Peter Silvia of Bristol, RI; and his great-niece Rowan Bracket.
