She was predeceased by : her husband Phillip C. Booker; her mother Janet Crawford; and her brother Robert Hall. She is survived by : her daughters, Tammy (John Kalel), Tina (John Carter) and Tonya (John Crocker); her grandchildren, Ivy Butera and John Kalel; her granddaughter-in-law Kristy; her grandchildren, John P. Carter (Kaci), John M. Crocker (Kristen), Kayla Kalel, Phillip Crocker (Cassie) and Moriah (Alex); and her close friend Scott W. Bowden.
