He was predeceased by : his parents, Kathleen Prout (Frost) and Roger Davis; his sisters, Sharon Bonness and Lynn Roderick; and his brother-in-law Brian Flynn.

He is survived by : his wife Brenda Prout; his daughters, Katie Clark (Randy) of Calais and Ashley Prout (Nathan Moffett) of Alexander; his grandchildren, Hayden Allen, Autumn Allen, Kendra Clark, Hannah Allen, Aubrey Allen and Jaxson Clark; his sisters, Candy Robichaud of Milltown, NB and Betty Niles (Dana) of Alexander; and his friends, Eddie, Robyn Caddett and Matt Allen. He is also survived by his grandchildren; and many nephews, nieces and friends.
