He was predeceased by: his mother Leola Murphy; his stepfather Richard Murphy; his birth father Eric Simpson; and his close friends, Paul and Mark Plourde.
He is survived by: his significant other Christine Raymond; his children, Desarae Marie Chamberland and Devon Jay Richard Chamberland; his grandchildren, Paityn Marie Libby of Caribou and Degan Russell Chamberland of Caribou; and his brothers, Toby Laggassie of Caribou, Richard Murphy of Portland and Ryan (Katie).
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Calendar Mockler Funeral Home (24 Reservoir St, Caribou, ME 04736). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
