He was predeceased by : his father Fred Perley; and his grandmother Sarah W. Simpson "Nammie". He is survived by : his daughters, Sarah Perley and Emily Perley; his mother Roberta S. Perley (Simpson); his brother Robert Perley of Carmel; and his former life partner Lori Perley of Hampden.
