He is survived by: his parents, Melvin F., Sr. and Nellie Cottle (Gardner); his children, Nicole Marie Libby (Tyler) and Joshua Cottle (Jessica); his grandchildren, Alexis Libby, Adrian Cottle, Camden Frost and Keely Frost; and his sister Denise Cottle.
