He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Irving Tuttle and Madeline Tuttle (Hayden); his wife Mary Tuttle (McGinnis); his children, Walter "Scooter" Tuttle, Jr. (Valerie) and Donna (John Lisenby); his granddaughters, Nikki (Zach), Catherine and Leah (Brandon); his great grandchildren, Braeleigh of Corinna, Madilynn of Corinna, Alessandra of Corinna and Addilynn of Corinna; his sister Ona Chadwick (Kevin) of Bristol; his nieces, Jennifer, Brynn and Piper; his nephew Chad; and his pets, Dusty, Katey and Okie.
