With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth Leighton Foster of Corinth, Maine, born in Limestone, Maine, who passed away on February 16, 2021 at the age of 97. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Elizabeth Leighton Foster to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Noel Leighton and Hallie Leighton (Phair); her husband Fenton "Gerry" Foster; her sister Beverly "Bobi" Clarke; her nieces, Carolyn Ouellette and Diane Powers; her great-nieces, Christa Ouellette and Beverly "Bobi" Jean Berube; her brothers, George "Bud" Leighton (Eva) and Ralph Leighton (Ruby); her sisters-in-law, Barbara Sealander and Sally Wallace; and also, Jim and David.

She is survived by: her children, Penny Rand (David), April Foster (Colin Brennan) and Michael Foster (Laurice Grass-Bell); her grandchildren, Philip Rand (Melissa), Rachel Wills (George), Lissa Croce, Nicholas Croce (Margot), Matthew Foster (Beth), Daniel Foster and Stephanie Pagliaro (Jacob Bialeschki); her great grandchildren, Nico, Phair, Elias Jackmon and Eva Rand; and her nieces and nephews, Donald, David, Richard, Ralph Leighton, Rea Caldwell, Steven, Scott Sealander and Amy Wallace. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

There will be no services at this time due to the Covid pandemic.
