He was predeceased by : his parents, Justin Knapp and Marion Knapp (Getchell); his wife Betsy Knapp (Shirley); his mother-in-law Gayle Shirley; his sister Betty Knapp; and his son Mark Knapp.
He is survived by : his children, Cynthia (Jeffrey Stanley) and Steven (Terry Knapp); his grandchildren, Michael (Deidra Stanley), David (Salena Stanley), Benjamin Knapp, Lucas Knapp and Tamra Knapp (Thomas Flanagan); his son Jack; his great grandchildren, Kaine Stanley, Benjamin "Benny" Knapp, Alexis Stanley, Arianna Knapp Flanagan and Mia Knapp; and his siblings, Carroll (Jan), Larry, Gary, Mavis (Earl Brown) and Sharon Knapp. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
