He was predeceased by : his son Griffin Scott Clukey; his grandparents, Anita, John Jewett, Sr. and Nelson Clukey; and his uncle Kenny Clukey.
He is survived by : his parents, Raymond Clukey and Diane Clukey (Jewett); his sister Sarah (Mark Cooper); his nephew Bryce Cooper of Dexter; his daughters, Blair Clukey and Harlie Hastings; his grandmother Rita Clukey of Dexter; his aunts and uncles, Jay, Gail Jewett of Dexter, Kathy, Alan Tibbetts of Sidney and Bobby Clukey of Dexter; his cousins, Lucas Jewett (Kate) of Dexter, Heidi (Tyler Mclellan) and Brian Tibbetts of Sidney; his close friends, Joe, Mikey, Gene and Ryan; and his pet Maddy Girl.
