He was predeceased by : his parents, Albion Neal and Edith Neal (Leavitt); his wife Lorraine; and his siblings, Barbara Estes, Blaine Neal, Jim Edwards, Lewis Neal, Mary Page (Meda) and Shirley Ryder.
He is survived by : his daughters, Linda Nelson (David) of Palmyra and Sheila Neal (Newport) of Exeter; his grandchildren, Michael Crosby (Amy), Tasha Swanson (George) and Brittany Crosby (Jon Foster); his great grandchildren, Daniel, Landyn, Nash and Nevaeh; his siblings, Dorothy Bates (Scott Lovely) of Eddington, Robert Neal of Skowhegan, Laura Smith of St. Albans, Darrell Neal (Ethel) of St. Albans and Carroll Neal of St. Albans; his nephew Brady Brooks (Angie); and his great-nephew Kevin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
