He is survived by: his children, Cindy Hastey of Ellsworth, Darryl Hastey of Florida and Troy Hastey of New Limerick; his grandson Tucker Harrington of Ellsworth; and his brother Dale Hastey of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
