He was predeceased by: his stepmother Donna Church Grindle; and his sister-in-law Kelly Church. He is survived by: his siblings, Lewis Church (Andrea Joyce) of Columbia Falls, Philip Church (Mariela) of Gouldsboro, Dale Church (Cornelia) of Gouldsboro, Becky Irwin (Rick) of Gouldsboro, Elaine Howard (Charles) of New Mexico and Amy Alinea (John) of New York; his uncle Birchard Church (Gloria) of Birch Harbor; his stepsisters, Tina Hammond of Bar Harbor and Kimberly Hammond of Aurora; and his girlfriend Glenda Leavitt. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
