He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Killam (Joan) and Shirley Inman (Peavey); and his siblings, Barry, Mike, Kevin, Pat, Gary, John and Bruce.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his sons, Raymond Killam and Chris Killam Jr. (Mindy); his grandchildren, Taylor, CJ, Alissa, Dominic, Miranda, Natalie, Abigail, Brianna, Hannah, Ryan, Kenna, Kinley, Callan and Alexis; and his siblings, Steve Killam (Robin), Lindy Killam and Paul Killam Sr.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
