He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Hoyt (Grard) of Benton, ME; his children, Edward Hoyt III of Benton, ME, Theresa Marie of Oakland, ME and Patricia; his grandchildren, Matthew Hoyt, Michael Doughty, Tommy Doughty, Annie Gregoire of Augusta, ME and Edward Richard Hoyt IV of Fairfield, ME; his siblings, Raymond of Boston, Mary Madden of Boston and Marion Katz of Boston; and his child Verna Alta Gregoire.
