He is survived by: his son Terry Dodge Jr.; his wife Heather; and his siblings, Gary Dodge (Sandy), Billy Dodge (Terri), Charlie Dodge (Frannie), Barbara Elliot (Danny), Paulette Scott, Charlene Taylor, Lisa Pollard (Fred) and Brenda Jones. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
