He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Pizzo Sr. and Annie Pizzo (Addario); his siblings, Eddie, John, Marty, Josephine and Theresa; his son Dominic; and his granddaughters, Ashiley Meghan Connolly and Mackenzie Glo Pizzo.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, Jody Connolly (Joe) of Wesley Chapel, Joseph Pizzo III (Terri) of Portland, Anna Abate (Tony) of Boston, MA, Sherry Pizzo-Derrig of Portland, Kathy Pizzo (Terrence Naylon) of Portland, Gina Pizzo (Michael Travers) of Falmouth, Angela Duffy (Sean) of Cumberland and Anthony Pizzo of Falmouth; and his siblings, Rose Favreau (Paul) of Westbrook, Francesca Pizzo of Portland, Diane Harriman (Larry) of Windham, Nancy Boucher (Richard) of Westbrook, Antoinette Maynard (Steve) of Westbrook, Patricia Everett (Gary) of South Portland and Anthony Pizzo of Portland. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
