She was predeceased by: her parents, James Ernest and Lucette Marie Burton; her husband Dr. Joel B. Hayden; her sister Joanne Whisler (Burton); her stepson Douglas Hayden; and her granddaughter Brieanna Park.
She is survived by: her sons, Thomas Park and James Park (Petra Montaven); her stepson David Hayden; her daughter-in-law Joan Karp; her stepdaughter Rebecca Hayden (Scott Ruescher); and her grandchildren, TJ, Kelli, Kevin and Kailah. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
