Vasilios Maniatakos Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vasilios Maniatakos (Farmington, Maine), who passed away on January 5, 2025 at the age of 34. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Dimitri and Vasiliki Maniatakos; his uncle Petro Maniatakos; his godfather Stelio of Greece; and his father Paul Dumais.

He is survived by: his mother Roula Maniatakos of Farmington; his sister Rita; his brother-in-law Brian LaCroix of Clinton; his niece Stavroula (Justin Taylor); his great-nephew Theodore of New Portland; his nephew Zaharias Menoudarakos of Clinton; his uncle George (Voula Maniatakos) of Fairfield; his cousin Dimitri (Monica Maniatakos); his godson Leonidas of Bowdoinham; his cousin Eliana Maniatakos; his pet Sarge; Evelina and Athina. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Franklin County Animal Shelter, a cause close to Vasilios's heart.
