He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Osgood and Alpharetta Osgood (White); his brothers, Robert and Herbert "Connie" Osgood; and his former wife Mary Ann Osgood (Nickerson).
He is survived by: his children, Tom Osgood (Ann), Laurie Bjorn of Kennebunk, Jeff Osgood (Pam) and Julie Barros (Mario) of Kennebunk; his great grandchild Matthew Osgood (Jessica); his children, Landon, Laurel of Eads, Tennessee, Michael Osgood (Anna), Jonathan, Andrew, Emily of Niceville, Florida, Michelle Osgood (Reed) of Greenfield, Wisconsin, Ryan Bjorn (Alexis) of Auburndale, MA, Chelsea Osgood (Brandon) of Lynn, MA, Christopher Osgood of Westbrook, Maine, Avery Barros of Medford, MA and Lilly Barros of Kennebunk, Maine.; his former wife Betty Osgood (Durost); and also, Tammy Cyr of Bucksport and Kevin Caverhill of Caribou.
