He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth S. Oliver and Rosalie Oliver (Farren). He is survived by: his wife Tonya L. Oliver (Anderson) of Easton; his brother Ronald Oliver; his niece Veronica of Columbia Falls; his parents-in-law, Billy and Kathryn Anderson of Prospect; and his brother-in-law Kevin Anderson of Belfast.
