She is survived by: her former husband Alton G. "Bud" Manter Jr.; her children, Richard S. Manter (Lynn) of Tustin, CA, Wendell G. Libby, Jr. of Huntington Beach, CA, Timothy C. Libby of New Castle, CO, Margaret Rae "Peggy" Hayes (John) of Benton, Ark and Jennie L. "Penny" Miller of New Castle, CO; her sister Mavis Towle of Presque Isle; and her sister-in-law Montford Ladner (Arleen) of Easton. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; six great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
