He was predeceased by: his parents, Perley J. McDougal and Isabelle M. McDougal (Ouellette); and his brother Perley D. McDougal. He is survived by: his daughters, Michele Sullivan (Ken Vincunas) of Enfield, CT, Jeri Cocchi of Sarasota, FL, Corinna Capriati of Springfield, MA and Joey Swain of Springfield, MA; his sisters, Patricia A (Jim Mitchell) and Diana L. (Jim Lane); his aunt Leona; and his cousin Kathy. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; two great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
