With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Verna Marquis (Fort Kent, Maine), born in Eagle Lake, Maine, who passed away on October 3, 2023 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Cyril Smart and Theresa Smart (Saucier); and her siblings, Tommy and Rita. She is survived by : her children, Christine Marquis of South Carolina, Theresa Marquis of Eagle Lake and Brad Marquis (Jessa) of North Carolina; her grandson Kingston of North Carolina; and her siblings, Clifford, Mike, Brenda, Norma, Betty, Norman, Daniel, Raymond, Glenn and Steven. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
