He was predeceased by : his parents, Edith Lenore (Ruff) and Edward William Higgins; and his siblings, James R. Higgins (Nancy), Joanne H. Wolfley (Alan) and Edward W. Higgins, Jr. (Jean). He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews and many grandnieces and nephews.
