He was predeceased by: his parents, Linwood Moulton and Carol Moulton (Chaput). He is survived by: his son Jamie Moulton of Bangor; his sisters, Tina Moulton of Pittston and Brenda Thompson (Peter) of Pittston; and his nephews, Brandon Thompson of Pittston and Taylor Thompson of Hampton. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
