It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Georgia Glidden of Gray, Maine, born in Bucksport, Maine, who passed away on September 10, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harold Shortman and Mae Louise Shortman (Anderson); her husband Newell R. E. Glidden; her children, Clifford Wilson of Coopers Mills, Maine, Emily Wilson of Lewis, NY and Ivana Wescott of Windsor; and her grandson Seth Allen of Concord, NC.
