She was predeceased by : her parents, Opal Fowke Philbrook and Wendell Otis Philbrook; her husband Harold R.; and her sister Jean Philbrook Plummer of Monmouth. She is survived by : her daughters, Julia Bundy (Kenneth) of Minot and Jill Piper (Jason) of Minot; her grandson Kenneth R. Bundy (Ayesha) of Orono, Maine.; her brother-in-law Blaine Plummer of Monmouth; and her friend Mary.

In lieu of flowers, Barbara requested that donations be made to the ASPCA.
