He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosie Turmel (Rancourt) and Prosper Turmel of Jackman; and his siblings, Helon, Eleanor, Leon and Franklin.
He is survived by: his wife Gail M. Rancourt of Rockwood; his children, Ivon Jr. (Ann) of Hermon, Maria Haefele (David) of Greene, Gina Fuller (Lester Herow) of Millbrook, NY and Karla Gagnon (Kevin) of Raymond; and his sister Julie Lawyerson. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
