He is survived by: his parents, Aretas Henry and Maybelle Jane Moulton (Cushman); his children, Barbara Lemmons (Jay) of Clovis, Deborah Ellingwood (Paul) of Tyler and Richard D. Moulton, Jr.; his wife Shari of Lakeland; his brother Robert Moulton of Brunswick; and also, Katheline Pugh, Moulton Dalot (Christopher Shaffer) of Kennebunkport and Roberta Dalot (Alvin) of Brunswick.
