He is survived by: his mother Edith Velez Pagan; his siblings, Jose and Zenaida Rivera Velez; his siblings' children, Omar of Puerto Rico, Joel of Puerto Rico and Michelle Rivera of Puerto Rico; his significant other Mamie Rackliff of Jonesport; and his sons, Christopher Rackliff (Angela) of Columbia and Scott Rackliff (Jenny) of Jonesport.
