With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Petersen (Kennebunk, Maine), born in Portland, Maine, who passed away on October 9, 2019 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his son Nicholas; his wife Kathy; his children, Emily (Andy) and Nick; his brothers, Chris (Tammy), Nils "Nick" and Carl (Debbie); and his grandsons, Mason and Carson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in James' name to Wells Emergency Medical Services, Inc., 114 Sanford Rd., Wells, ME 04090.
