Cooke IV, Michelle Oakley of Cape Cod, MA, Alexa Carver of Cape Cod, MA and Colleen Condon of Cape Cod, MA; and his siblings, Kathy Kiley of Quincy, MA and Brian Cooke of Scituate, MA. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
