He was predeceased by : his parents, Albert and Doreen; and his sister Eileen. He is survived by : his siblings, Albert, Bill (Linda), Terry (Laura), Peter (Patty), Mary McCann and Cathy Murphy. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

For several years, his sister Mary took David to the Tim Tebow Foundation annual "Night to Shine," an unforgettable prom night for people with special needs.
