He is survived by: his parents, Jeff Chappell of Auburn and Cathy Chappell of Auburn; his significant other Shannon Brady; his daughters, Daisy Chappell-Lavoie and Maya Chappell; his grandparents, Claudette Perreault of Portland, Charles Chappell and Donna Mahoney-Chappell of Naples; and his children, Shannon and Bustah.
