He was predeceased by: his father Paul M. Ouellette; his brother John; and his brother-in-law Roger Laroche. He is survived by: his mother Helen Janisicski Ouellette (Janieiski) of The Cedars; and his siblings, Pauline Alighieri of Marshfield, MA, Diane Laroche of Truckee, CA, Anne Ouellette of Ashland, MA, Jean Lacourse of Lewiston, Peter Ouellette (Lee) of Napa, CA and Michael Ouellette (Chris) of Auburn.

Donations may be made in Dan's memory to Stand Down Program, New England Center and Home for Veterans, 17 Court St., Boston, MA 02108.
